Pre-Tribulationism Will Be a Dangerous Heresy
I'm taking email for this update: johny@xplornet.comI'm not opposed to the "dispensational" claim that God has a special plan for end-time Israel in the final dispensation. Of course He does. But when the dispensational teaching goes as far as claiming two Bodies of God, the Church plus Israel, that's clearly as sinful as the pre-tribulation rapture that came part-and-parcel with dispensationalism in the first place.
Sinful? Yes. It is treating God as though He does not exist to first deny, and then to alter, the clear post-tribulational language of Jesus. When Bible teachers have no qualms with ignoring the straight-forward language, they ignore God as men without fear of doing so, as if God is far-off and not listening or watching. You don't have the choice of distorting the clear language. Only a Christian fool does such things.
They wish to trick you through Old-Testament prophecies regarding the restoration of Israel. Yes, the Restoration is correct, but no, the Jews are not a Body of God. The New Testament makes it amply clear that the Jews are no longer the Israel of God. When the Jews named Israel in 1948, it was not the Israel of God. Jesus made it clear that He would take Israel to Himself, thus taking it away from the leaders who ruled it at the time. There is only one King of Israel, and thus the true Israel is the Church of Jesus. What don't pre-tribbers understand about the 12 apostles sitting on 12 thrones ruling eternal Israel?
Dispensationalism appears to have been invented in order for pre-trib "scholars" to create recourse for supporting the bankrupt pre-tribulation-rapture doctrine. As the New Testament shows "saints" and "elect" during the final seven years, these "scholars" sinfully claim that the texts are at times referring to Israelites rather than to Christians. I find it deeply disturbing and sinful when they claim that Matthew 24: 17-31 is about Israel but not the Church. I'm not going to be kind as other post-tribbers are. I charge pre-tribbers with deep sinfulness when they do something like that, especially as it's on behalf of a rapture theory that is in no way conveyed by the entire gamut of Scripture.
Nobody ever became a pre-tribulationist based on what the Bible says in any of its parts. All pre-tribulationists became such due to hearing or reading the theory from pre-trib "scholars," imposters who claimed or believed they had special interpretive abilities to understand and unveil prophecies not yet understood broadly.
For me, the issue is not merely a doctrinal disagreement. I tend to frown on post-tribbers who say that they find no major dispute here worthy of harsh rebuke. What don't post-trib writers or podcasters understand about the seriousness of leading God's people into cold-blooded starvation, due to unpreparedness to face the mark of the beast? This promises to be the fruit of pre-tribulationism, and all pre-trib teachers believe fully in the mark of the beast, and its capabilities to cause starvation and other severities.
Every instance of "elect" in the New Testament refers to the Church. As pre-trib leaders has set themselves up as Bible scholars, they knew it. They would have made it their special task to check other instances of "elect" to see whether the Jews alone were called by that term, because these "scholars" needed such a position to change the "elect" of Matthew 24 into the Jews alone, where the elect is shown alive during the "great tribulation" that evolves from the desolating tribulation of Israel. The rapture is in verses 29-31, and so the pre-tribbers, by their distortion of this passage, are compelled to introduce a new doctrine, though they are probably ashamed or nervous about teaching it outright, that the Jews alone are raptured at the end of the Israel's 42-month tribulation.
Yes, Jesus' words are centered on the tribulation of Israel in Matthew 24, but the warning in the midst of the discourse is to Christians, that they should flee the Jerusalem confines when they see invaders set to surround it. Jesus was possibly using this warning, in the first place, because it would be taken to heart by Christians in 70 AD, yet it definitely applies also to the anti-Christ invasion of the end times, OBVIOUSLY, for Jesus did not return in the clouds in 70 AD, as He is shown doing so in 29-31. For those unfamiliar with this text:
“Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light, and the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
"Elect" appears three times in this chapter, also at 22 and 24:
If those days had not been cut short, nobody would be saved. But for the sake of the elect, those days will be cut short. At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect.God needed to shorten the days to little more than 42 months due to the severity of the national conflicts at that time. Nobody in all of history had the understanding that we now have, in the nuclear-bomb age, of how war could bring humanity to the brink of extinction. This fear is a part of the great tribulation, and yet the people in general do not allow it to change their stony hearts. To the very end they will go unrepentant.
You should be able to glean that those who cannot be deceived are the Christians, not the mere and general citizens of Israel who have no interest in Jesus. You should be able to glean that Jesus is referring to Christians, but the pre-tribbers commit the serious sin of wiping the Church out from these warnings. But even if the failure to heed the warnings amounted to nothing serious, the pre-tribbers would yet be guilty of serious sin simply for altering the meaning of this chapter merely to keep it from upsetting their pre-trib-rapture claim that isn't in the Bible to begin with.
One of the "strongest" (it's weak) pre-trib arguments is Paul's statement that the elect are not given to God's wrath. There is simply nothing the pre-tribber can say to dogmatize that statement as meaning no Church Christians existing in the final seven years, because Paul could have been, and was no doubt, referring to end-of-life wrath, the cutting off of the soul from God's gift of life. Paul was talking Hell versus Life, not whether Christians would face the Trumpets and Bowls in the final years.
Paul would have been contradicting himself, if by "not given to wrath" he meant that Christians are not going through the great-tribulation period. Paul himself is emphatic, in 2 Thessalonians 2, that the anti-Christ is first revealed to the world before Christians are raptured at the post-tribulational appearance of Jesus. THE LANGUAGE IS CLEAR, but like men without fear of God, pre-trib "scholars" think they have found a means to alter it justifiably, and most Western Christians have not the correct-ability to snub that teaching. Instead, they embrace it. What is going on?
There is no way for a sinful pre-tribulationist to get out of this trap that they gladly place themselves into, because Paul even says that Jesus' appearance is what destroys the anti-Christ. It is a testament to their spiritual illness when they derive a pre-trib rapture out of his words. Nobody tries so hard to twist the words of Jesus unless they have a Spiritual illness, and rather than feeding it by treating it as a mild doctrinal difference, post-tribbers of this generation should call it out as sheer rebellion to Jesus. The error didn't matter much through generations that did not face the end, but the more it spreads, the deeper the fervor to retain it as supreme in the churches, the greater it will inflict Christians when the end does arrive.
Paul got his rapture theology ultimately from Jesus via the words of the disciples. The sequence of events is made plain, the anti-Christ first, and Jesus' appearance and rapture second. But as pre-tribbers twist these verses until they proclaim an "appearance" of Jesus and rapture BEFORE the anti-Christ arrives, they expose themselves as fools on this matter.
It is so foolish and rebellious against the text that it has had me wondering whether the "foolish virgins" (Matthew 25) is tantamount to describing pre-tribbers. I hope not, but even the ten-virgins text has the foolish ones BUYING during the "night." With what are they buying? With the mark on their hands? Which Christians are most-likely to succumb to the mark, those who knew beforehand that they needed to prepare soul, mind and body for the mark's assault, or those who were oblivious to that threat thanks-be to trusting in pre-trib scholars? Is this picture just a mild doctrinal disagreement?
The difference between a scholar only and a Christian is that the latter lives by the Word, takes it to heart and aims for it. Jesus pained us with several frightening threats and warnings to keep us from becoming haphazard in our walk, and the ten-virgin parable is one of them. The parable of goats-and-sheep is another. The threat is real, and Jesus would have been irresponsible not to warn us of it. If we are cowardly, we need to deal with it. God is able to make us pass successfully from murder to Life, and may even lighten the pain to make it easy.
2 Thessalonians 2:3: "Let no one deceive you in any way, because first comes the disconnect and the man of lawlessness..." I have taken the liberty to use "disconnect," it doesn't appear in any translation, but this is what the Greek term means, to disconnect from Jesus. It could seem that, due to fear of the anti-Christ, many "believers" simply shun Jesus, and so now you know why Revelation 13 implores us to reject his mark, because God is not inclined to grant Glorious Life to those who easily disconnect from Jesus in betrayal.
Soon after in verse 8: "And then the lawless one will be revealed whom the Lord Jesus will destroy by the spirit of his mouth, and bring to nothing by the brilliance of his appearance..." There is, of course, no return of Jesus mentioned in this chapter that is BEFORE the betrayal and revelation of the anti-Christ. NOBODY has the right to claim that Jesus comes before the anti-Christ. God is not revealing to end-time Christians the things they may need to face just for pre-trib fools to come along and say it isn't so. Do you not understand how sinful this is?
One wonders how pre-tribbers can be so brashly rebellious against this and other related texts without a fear whatsoever, proclaiming themselves to be special heralds of prophecy when in reality they come off as fools and liars. It rattles me when some post-tribbers take the position of respecting pre-tribbers, as if they have a reasonable case, just to keep the peace amongst their audience. To me, that's like a love-stroke to pre-tribbers and face-punch to Jesus.
Pre-trib smooth talkers would have you believe that both rapture positions are cloudy in Scripture, and so they justify promoting their position by that tactic. Therefore, they expend many words creating doubt in post-tribulation so that pre-tribulationism doesn't look as unjustified as would otherwise be the case. We are talking spiritual illness here when people go so far out on the limb as to destroy clear Biblical language.
"The hour of trial about to come upon all the inhabited earth" in Revelation 3:10, which pre-tribbers use as part of their scheming, could be interpreted with the "one hour" of Babylon's destruction in Revelation 18. As Jesus says that He will keep Christians from that hour of trial, pre-tribbers are required to view it as a post-trib event. The post-trib rapture removes the Church from the worst-of-the-worst only.
I will agree that "trial," or "to try," could be interpreted as the testing during the final 3.5 years, but I think that, in the Greek, it can also mean, "to bust/break." God's going to test the metal, but break it. Or, in the legal sense, "to sentence" (in the final hour).
Revelation says that, throughout the 21 plagues of Revelation, the world will snub noses at God (will not repent) in spite of their suffering the Trumpet and Bowl plagues, but, as I see the "hour of trial," God breaks them then, sears them with more than they can handle. So, the hour of trial is the final end of the 42-month exposure of God, to show what an arrogant demon humanity has collectively become while steeped in riches.
The "great tribulation" in Matthew 24 speaks specifically of the very end of the 42 months. Humanity is not at risk during the desolation of Israel for 42 months, but humanity is at risk of extinction as the international events of those months culminate in Armageddon. In this picture, one can view the 42 months as Israel's tribulation evolving into the "great tribulation," yet, for Israel, even the 42-month desolation will be great in the sense of being an unexpected and murder-filled disaster.
The fact that Jesus warns Christians of that time to flee as soon as they see armies approaching suggests that the Israelites will not flee. Jesus doesn't want His people to adopt that attitude. It seems that the Jerusalemites will think that the anti-Christ's forces will not be successful, but God has other plans.
When Jesus said that nobody knows the time of His return, He meant the such-and-such day of the such-and-such year. But He also said "you will know" roughly the time, when you see the signs come to pass. The pre-tribber does not realize his own stupidity when claiming that Jesus is coming to pick up the Church BEFORE the signs of the Appearance. That is one sorry thinker, especially as a chief part of the signs is the tribulation of Israel.
Neither any modern-Israeli government nor the citizenry in general are the people of God. Do we then claim that they represent a body of God? This pre-trib doctrine stands as a proper heresy, in fact. Nonetheless, Jesus will rule from Israel when God takes the land away from the modern nation, an imposter nation. For if the people will not accept Jesus, neither can they possess the land. Zionist pre-tribulationists tend to think that, if you are a Jew of any type, you are specially blessed by God, dear to His heart. The book of Acts especially makes pre-tribbers appear like friends of Christian-killers.
If the apostles could go into modern Israel with unusual powers under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they would be chased out or murdered all over again. The only reason Christian evangelists are not persecuted in Israel is that they are not having enough impact to threaten the secular powers. But if any evangelist begins to have roaring success, and perhaps some have had a little, they will be silenced.

It's doubtful that Trump will stay on as president past January, 2029.
It's feasible that the Trump family could raise the anti-Christ for an invasion of Israel if the centrists boot Netanyahu out of power in the election a couple of months from now. Trump's crown jewel of his idiotic old age is the Gaza-rebuild program. He's using his presidency to advance that conflict-of-interest crime, killing may to achieve it. A centrist Israeli government is not expected to grant him his Gaza dreams, especially once he's out of the White House. It seems that, love him or not, Trump would rather see Netanyahu win again. There's a lot of corporate money riding on his win, yet Netanyahu has been playing/using Trump, not advancing his Gaza dreams. I wouldn't put it past Trump to send Netanyahu a backlash if he thinks he can get away with it.
It's also possible that a secret plot to invade Israel has been drawn up by many allies, but that the plot will need to wait until Trump is gone. I'm not wishing to create false hopes, just giving some low-rate possibilities on how the war against Israel might go if Apophis signals roughly the final 42 months.

For anyone unsure that Revelation was written by the apostle, there you have super evidence, but it's not alone. For those who might argue that an old man's memory couldn't possibly remember everything he had seen in order to write it as perfectly as he had seen it, we shouldn't limit God's powers to accomplish it. For anyone hesitant concerning Revelation's reliability, we have the words of Jesus in Matthew 25, a testimony of the reliability of the prophet Daniel.
Small Horn's Appearance Faded
While Revelation launches off from Daniel's 42 months, there's no evidence I see that Revelation even touches upon the first half of Daniel's 70th Week. It's possible that at least the first war horse of the first four Seals depicts warfare in the first half, but I see no evidence for any particular timing for any of the four horses. It's as though Revelation deliberately keeps events of the first half hidden from us because God wants to spring the anti-Christ's revelation upon the world at the midpoint of the last seven years. Paul in 2 Thessalonians 2 seems to carry that very view, speaking as though there is a special time for the REVEALING of the man.
The personality of the "king of the north" in Daniel 11:21 is yet the same person who commits the abomination against Jerusalem in verse 31. Pre-tribbers, and even some post-tribbers, are out of their minds in mere assumption so say that the end-time anti-Christ begins only in verse 36. The Daniel text does not give ANYONE the right to promote such a view. It is foolish to play prophecy like that. Where is the fear of God? Do we carelessly introduce our own ideas as if God were disconnected from the prophecies? This is the delusion of pre-trib leaders: they think they are a special class of prophets permitted to alter prophetic texts wherever needed to uphold their pre-trib doctrine.
If God makes no distinction between the king of versus 21-31, NOBODY has the green light to introduce the king at verse 36 as a different man of a different time period. We all will simply need to be satisfied that God makes no distinction, and we should therefore have no fears in promoting the textual entry of the end-time anti-Christ at verse 21. To deny it, just because verses between 31 and 36 speak of tribulation for God's saints, is reckless. Of course it speaks of Christian tribulation in 32-35, because verse 31 has the anti-Christ successfully into Jerusalem.
We are fortunate to have verses 21-31, events in the first half of the seven-year period. The first thing we see is an outsider personality gaining for himself a kingdom in at least the ballpark of the ancient Seleucid empire. We are told that he's a small power to begin with, and so, possibly, this allows him to sneak up on the world under the political radar.
As Ezekiel 38 and 39 has language to reveal that Gog and his allies are destroyed in Israel at the time that the anti-Christ is likewise brought to nothing, I was blinded into thinking that Gog is the anti-Christ. It makes sense, in light of Gog's globalist revival at the end of John's Revelation. However, Gog could be an allied part of the anti-Christ invasion. If so, shouldn't the anti-Christ be listed in Ezekiel 38 as one of Gog's allies? Which one? Tubal?
The kingdom of Tubal evolved into Cappadocia, and the early Seleucid kings had some control there. The Cappadocian capital, Mazaca, was named after the Meshech that Ezekiel 38 pairs with Tubal. Mazaca became the stomping grounds of its king, Archelaus, whose family married the Herods of Israel. I said to AI: "it seems obvious that Mazaca was named by the Meshech of Ezekiel 38." "...that exact connection is a long-held historical theory. You are referencing an etymological link that dates back to antiquity." AI then quotes Josephus:
"And the Mosocheni were founded by Mosoch {Meshech}; now they are Cappadocians. There is also a mark of their ancient designation still to be shown; for there is even now among them a city called Mazaca, which may inform those that are able to understand, that so was the entire nation once called.Pre-tribbers stick together like an infestation, one aping the other, and they decided that Meshech and Tubal is modern Russia. While I have no problem with the naming of Moscow by the Meshech, don't you think that prophecy writers ought to mention the Moschi mountains and the nearby city of Mazaca, even if it lends a benefit or advantage to other writers who choose to interpret end-time Gog as a Turkish entity?
Some Bible versions interpret the "Rosh" of Ezekiel 38 as "chief," for "rosh" in Hebrew does mean "chief." However, in light of the similarity between "Russia" and Rosh," it seems a given by God that God is pointing to modern Russia, especially as Magog is thought to be the Russian landscape off of the northern shores of the Black sea, home of the Varangian Rus who are known to have co-founded Moscow. The Cimmerians were in that Ukrainian landscape at the very time that Tabal was an empire (in what is now Turkey), and when the Cimmerians came south to conquer Armenia, they possessed the lands of kings named, Rusa.
It makes sense that the Varangians became "Rus" due to the prior carrying of that name by the family of the Rusa royals into Ukraine. Or, the Rus may have been in Ukraine before the Rusa kings were named after them. In this latter picture, the Rus came down from Magog to Armenia, followed by the Cimmerians who desired to rob their kingdom.

Those who hold to a Turkey-Gog interpretation are not oblivious to the military presence of Russia in Syria that culminated only with the recent al-Julani government in Syria. It escapes nobody that Russia is a strict ally of Iran. Putin this week reportedly announced publicly that it will become involved in the battle for Hormuz. It would be wise to be at least open to the possibility that Ezekiel's Gog is Russia. It doesn't necessarily mean that the anti-Christ must be a Russian, as I had once concluded.
Ezekiel 38 and 39 is a large prophecy. It seems that God would not stress it to such a degree while leaving out the anti-Christ. God's eternal glory arrives at the destruction of Gog. Israel's restoration arrives too. It's therefore compelling to equate Gog with the anti-Christ. But I'm staying open to the possibility that both invade either in league together, or at roughly the same time.
As it turned out, the New Syria went more into the hands of the United States than into Putin's. The current Syrian leadership, which now includes Julani's brother (Maher al-Sharaa) as both his vice-president and chief of staff, is not vocal against Israel, as I expect the anti-Christ to be. Therefore, a radical within Julani's government could possibly break away, or feign breaking away, to become the anti-Christ. For someone to somehow arise in Syria and create a following in opposition to the Julani government seems less likely. AI:

Here's the King James version of Daniel 11:21:
And in his estate shall stand up a vile person [the end-time anti-Christ], to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.What kingdom? All we know of it is that it's the Seleucid domain. It doesn't specify Syria versus Iraq. One could suggest that al-Julani obtained Syria peaceably, a fair characterization of his entry, and while Julani was not rejected or despised by all of the Syrian people, he was highly despised by the supporters of the previous president whom he defeated (with Turkey's help).
While the King James has a "peaceable" entry, the Hebrew word, shalvah, means, "ease." It gives the translators the impression: not by war. Julani took the Syrian country from Assad without a battle, though Julani's troops drove into Damascus. So, yes, "at ease" can apply.
Therefore, one option is that Julani is merely feigning an amicable relationship with Israel. However, for him to become the anti-Christ, we'd need to see a Jekyll-and-Hyde transformation. An alternative is that the vocal and mince-no-words anti-Christ has yet to usurp the Julani government.
There is no scripture claiming that the anti-Christ makes a peace treaty with Israel before betraying the country. Daniel uses "covenant with the many," which does not necessarily refer to a peace deal, for there are other terms and stipulations, besides peace, in covenants. For me, "the many" is a dead giveaway of many nations, which tends to not include Israel but rather suggests countries in league to invade Israel. The "many peoples with you" of Ezekiel 38 comes forcefully to mind. Surely, it was the daft pre-tribbers who first commanded that Daniel's "the many" refers to Israel. Question posed to AI: "What Christian group first taught that "the many" in Daniel 9:27 pertains to end-time Israel?"
"The Christian theological movement first to teach that "the many" (la-rabbim) in Daniel 9:27 refers specifically to end-time, national Israel was the Plymouth Brethren, emerging in the 1820s and 1830s under the leadership of John Nelson Darby." He was the father of pre-tribulationism.
I don't suggest you use AI to come to any prophecy-related facts. Beware AI for that purpose. Use it only when you can't find information by other means, or use it lightly, expecting specially-concocted errors by those who program it.
Just because the Old-Testament word for "many" is "rabbim" does not argue for Israel as the interpretation of "la-rabbin" ("the many"). "Rabbi" probably takes from "many" in the sense of "much one / high one." I doubt that "rabbi" was a term in the days of Daniel. Israel is NEVER called "the many" in the Old Testament. It seems that pre-tribulationist have sowed chaos of many sorts into prophetic expectations.
The obscurity of the anti-Christ in the first half of the seven years will, apparently, be due partly to this pre-trib teaching that he must at first be on Israel's side for the full 3.5 years prior to his invasion into Jerusalem. I don't see one scripture to support that notion.
I have got to be the only person worldwide holding to the notion that the "abomination of desolation" will be set up at the Western Wall. I take that idea from Daniel 9:27, the same verse having the "covenant with the many." It says that abominations (plural in the Hebrew) will be placed on a "wing" of the "sanctuary." It does not say a wing of the Temple building. The Hebrew word for this type of "wing" means "edge / extremity," according to Strong's Concordance. The Western Wall is not only a legal sanctuary at this time, but was the extreme western wall of the Temple court prior to destruction by the Romans. It's against Israeli law to desecrate the Western Wall.
If I happen to be correct with my notion, then a third Temple building may not be a requirement prior to the arrival of the anti-Christ to desecrate the "wing." On the other hand, what good is it for only-me to have this notion, if God put it into Daniel's writings to alert the entire Church? It's not making sense. But neither does a third temple make sense under the current political circumstances.
You tell me why God would think it necessary to indicate an abomination on one end or side of the temple building? First of all, God decided that we not know what the abomination is, aside from its connection to the "beast." It causes "desolation," suggesting something like capital punishment of Jerusalem's Israelites such that they flee the city. When Jesus said that end-time Jerusalemites / Judeans should pray that the anti-Christ does not fulfill Daniel 11:31 on a Sabbath, it strikes me wrong to interpret it as a mere Saturday, because a one-day frustration to an escape plan seems too minor to speak of. But if the Sabbath he was speaking on was a full-fledged, one-week holiday such as the Feast of Tabernacles or Passover, it makes more sense.
I doubt that Jesus would raise the issue of the Sabbath, in this context, unless He / God was indicating that the anti-Christ would choose to invade on a holiday feast. I choose the Passover rather than the Feast of Tabernacles because it makes sense to me that Jesus will return, 3.5 years later, at/near the Feast of Trumpets (the Biblical New Year), 15 days before the Feast of Tabernacles. A trumpet is even part of the Tabernacles celebration. This all jibes with the rapture trumpet, which sounds mere days (probably less than a month) after the end of the 42 months.
I burned AI's batteries out by asking, "What's the maximum and minimum number of days between Passover and Tabernacles 3.5 years later?" "The minimum number of days between Passover and the Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) 3.5 years later in the actual Hebrew calendar is 1,267 days, and the maximum is 1,301 days." The Bible implies that the anti-Christ gets his crown for 1,260 days.
The 1,301 days between the two holidays is only when there are two leap months in that span. Chances are, prophecy is revealing that Jesus arrives in a year not having two leap months in that span. The leap month is tacked to the Hebrew calendar when it lags far enough behind the solar calendar. "What is the duration when there is only one leap month over the 3.5 years between the two holidays?" "When the 3.5-year span contains exactly one leap month, the duration will always be either 1,269, 1,270, or 1,271 days." But AI can make mistakes.
The fall harvests in the Jerusalem region is in October and November, and the Feast of Trumpets is in late September or the beginning of October. That's a good time for Christians to flee insofar as food needs go. The rains start lightly in October and become heavier in December, but the dry season begins after Passover, and so one could argue it's not a good time to flee suddenly with a backpack on the shoulders.
God will need to provide homes for these refugees. The good news is that the number of Christians expected in Judea will be small. Some should be able to find rental accommodations because not the entire Israeli population is anti-Christ. But Jesus did say to go into the wild.
There is an alternative theory to the sequence of Revelation's 21 plagues that most people have adopted wherein the first seven Seals are first opened, followed by the sounding of the seven Trumpets, and afterward finalized by the seven Bowls.
The correct view is that the plagues arrive in triplets, the first Seal, first Trumpet, first Bowl, and so on such that the 7th Seal, 7th Trumpet and 7th Bowl are a triplet after the final 42 months. This sequencing makes the best sense because it fixes the multiple problems of the other sequencing, though it has a lone but not insurmountable problem.
The problem is at the beginning of chapter 15, well after the seven Trumpets of chapter 9, having the following: "And I saw another great and wonderful sign in Heaven, seven angels having the seven last plagues, because in them the anger of God is ended." As the seven Bowls begin in chapter 16, everyone assumes that these last plagues are the Bowls, though it doesn't specifically say so.
Assuming that they are the Bowls, one could venture to say that each Bowl plagues caps off or finishes each triplet, rather than to think that all seven Bowls must occur after all seven Trumpets.
Or, possibly, the seven last plagues of 15:1 begin with the 5th Bowl, and then include the 6th and 7th triplet, for a total of seven plagues. It just so happens that the 5th Bowl must be the one that ends the 42 months of the anti-Christ. The details in the 5th-Bowl text clearly show that it's timing is at the end of his 42-month rule. Thus, the last seven plagues could be the post-trib plagues, for it can be easily deciphered that the 6th triplet is post-trib in timing, for the 6th Trumpet and 6th Bowl describe the onset of Armageddon.
Plus, Matthew 24:29 and various Old-Testament prophecies make it plain that the darkening of the skies in the 6th Seal is post-tribulational, marking the terrible "Day of the Lord."
Therefore, possibly, the first 14 of 21 Revelation plagues are to take place during the 42 months, and the final seven after the 42 months.
The triplet view allows one to gather that the 1st triplet doesn't begin until the 42 months have begun, because the 1st Bowl is against people having the mark of the beast. As the Woman (Church) of Revelation 12 needs 42 months of wilderness protection and nourishment from God, the implication is that the mark of the beast will start at the onset of the 42 months.
The point is that none of the 21 plagues can be counted on for revealing to the saints that they are approaching the 42 months. This is especially made true by the fact that the 1st Seal has nothing in its details to indicate a timing. All we have is a rider on a white horse going out to conquer, which could indicate any war or set of wars, and who are better than prophecy scholars in disagreeing?
Although reluctant at first for lack of proof, I can now agree that the white horse is the anti-Christ, though a counter-argument could be that God would not use white to describe him, but rather God is indicating that all four horses are God's horses i.e. God's stirring earthly powers to make war such that they inevitably invade Israel, for it is God who brings the anti-Christ to Israel, a reality that I think pre-trib Zionists wish to hide from your thinking.
It is possible that the white-horse warfare begins before the 42 months, but there's no evidence for it that I can see. It's possible that the next-to-come 1st Trumpet is closer to the start of the 42 months, or perhaps overlaps the start of the 42 months, and that the 1st Bowl upon 666ers is after the start of the 42 months. From Daniel 11:21 to the brink of the abomination, all we see is warfare that causes the anti-Christ to become great from beginnings as a "small horn."
How small will he be? Small enough not to be noticed. It tends to rule out such rulers as Trump and Putin. It tends to point to some anti-Israeli and anti-Christian goons in the Syria / Iraq theater. Nahum 1:11 seems to be about the anti-Christ, saying that he launches from Nineveh, the modern Mosul (Iraq). On the current Syrian president, I'm reading: "Insurgent Activity (2003): Shortly before the 2003 U.S. invasion of Iraq, al-Sharaa traveled from Syria to Baghdad. He initially joined Saraya al-Mujahideen, a jihadist militant organization that actively fought coalition [Western] forces in Mosul."
The Americans caught him and put him into a Mosul jail. A couple of decades later, he overtook Syria's Assad government with American assistance, though the Americans might deny it. The general West has awarded him the opportunity to form a democracy, and so one could propose that this situation will culminate in the "contradiction" of Daniel prophecy wherein the anti-Christ is both a Western (Roman) ruler and yet arising in territory once held by Seleucid kings so very long ago.
But that's not the only possibility, for there were many al-Qaeda and similar leaders in Mosul who could yet form an alliance with some "Roman" entity. Nothing of the sort seems to be taking place outside of al-Julani's government. I see nothing within the Julani government set to pick a war with Egypt, yet Daniel 21:25 tends to reveal that, before the 42 months arrive, the small horn will pick a fight with Egypt, and win it with some ballooning of his war-money bags on account of it. It seems he's then in transition between small and big horn. He becomes infatuated with conquering Israel because he wants to become a very big man, as big as the skies of God.
In 21:28: "And he will return [from Egypt] to his land with great wealth. And his heart will be against the holy covenant." It sounds as though he's personally in Egypt during the war, not like a typical Western or big-time leader directing the war from his capital headquarters. He may be thinking that it would be a bad look to the Muslims he's trying to enlist if he's not in the battle himself. Once he defeats Egypt, the zealous and exuberant recruits will greatly mushroom in numbers. Can you see it?
Yes, I can see it, so long as he's able to defeat Egypt. How does a rag-tag small horn accomplish this if not with backing from a large country such as Iran or Turkey? The latter offers political niceties toward Egypt, but truth be told, the Turkish president despises Egypt's tolerance of Israel's Palestinian programs. I assume that the "holy covenant" in the Daniel quote above is the decades-old deal between Egypt and Israel. If God calls it "holy," it's because He intends to fulfill his promise to Abraham, to take even Jerusalem fully from Palestinians, a Promise that anti-Christs and some vaticanites the world over despise.
But if Netanyahu's circle tries to fulfill the Promise, and to fulfill the Old-Testament restoration of Israel, God frowns.
However, verse 28 adds that he defeats Egypt partly due to traitors in the households and/or government of the Egyptian leadership. If the anti-Christ by that time is flying an anti-Israeli flag, some Egyptians in the higher levels of the Egyptian government could decide to abandon their leader in support of the anti-Christ's flag. This betrayal may have everything to do with Netanyahu's expansionist attitude of late. Or, while Egyptian leaders might not have been zealous against Israel, Netanyahu of late has changed their minds.

Whereas his victory over Egypt should serve well to awaken the ten virgins, that alarm is ruined by most prophecy educators because they claim that Daniel 11:21-35 pertains to Antiochus IV (a Seleucid king) more than 2,000 years ago. However, when the victory takes place, more writers will latch onto this portion of the Daniel prophecies in efforts to awaken the lingering Church.
Let's not mistaken a sleeping Church with apostate believers. I see the Church asleep where Christians are no longer valued, when we need to take a very minor role in the policies of a nation, when we are not welcome at the table, and so we linger when the Day doesn't arrive, decade after decade. The more we linger, the greater will be the happiness when it does take place, for pleasure is born only in suffering, when the causes of suffering are removed. But if they are removed simultaneous with a translation of the soul to something so unusual as hovering in the sky, that's a BIG WOW. God's didn't plan just a little excitement to repay those who endure to the end. Be a devoted lingerer today that you may soar tomorrow.
The Possible Carchemish Sign
For those who think that Isaiah 10 has the end-time anti-Christ, we find there that the anti-Christ conquers Carchemish, at the Syria-Turkey border, before conquering Damascus. Carchemish is about 60 miles southwest of Aleppo, and not much further than Idlib. The latter is where the current Syrian leaders launched from when they conquered Damascus, but that leadership had not CONQUERED anything in the Carchemish region. AI:
The region surrounding Carchemish/Jarabulus was captured back in 2016 during Operation Euphrates Shield. It was taken from ISIS not by HTS, but by a separate coalition of Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) factions heavily aided by the Turkish military. Because it sits directly on Turkey's border, Ankara established it as a strict "safe zone" heavily administered by Turkish local councils and security forcesIt could be that the anti-Christ will be an al-Qaeda-affiliated personality who must yet conquer the Carchemish theater in a come-back. However, that picture would be way off in 2029 at the earliest, and so if the Apophis asteroid is the fulfillment of the 2nd Trumpet, that picture cannot work, for the 2nd Trumpet is in the final 42 months while the victory over Egypt is before those 42 months.
If I knew with certainty that Apophis (mid-April, 2029) fulfills the 2nd Trumpet, I'd expect the victory over Egypt imminently, by roughly the middle of 2028 at the latest. Less than two years. I could linger that long to bell time no problem.
Revelation doesn't tell us the time interval between the seven Triplets, but one could suggest 7 x 6 months each = 42 months. The guess would then be six months between the 1st and 2nd Trumpets, and two months earlier for the 1st Seal, taking us eight months before April 2029. That gets one back to about the Feast of Trumpets, September 20, 2028. That is, anyone guessing from the assumption that Apophis is the fulfillment could speculate (don't be dogmatic) that the 42 months starts in September of 2028, and ends at roughly Passover in 2032.
Or, if you (like me) think that the end of the 42 months should be at or near the Feast of Trumpets, then you might tentatively keep Passover of 2028 as the start date. Fairly safe to say, nobody's going to attack Egypt in 2026, and if it's got to take place by the spring of 2028, we should expect some sudden takeover of one side of the Euphrates or the other similar to how ISIS arose and bagged a small and ruthless kingdom in those parts.
However, Mosul [now has a Sunni governor with Sunni seeking to have the mayoralship too] is no longer ruled by the Sunni of that city, according to AI: "Following the defeat of ISIS [Sunni Muslims, not Shi'ite], the security apparatus of Mosul was taken over by Shia-led Iraqi Federal Forces and, most importantly, the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF). The PMF consists of heavily armed, pro-Iranian Shia militias." The latter is willingly under the authority of Iraq, and so we might now look to a Shi'ite movement out of Mosul to furnish the anti-Christ, allowing Russia to get back into things.
The Iran-Russia axis might have its eyes on checking the Turks, via their small-horn puppet, by taking the Carchemish theater i.e. Aleppo, Idlib, etc. It would not be a small challenge on the face of it, but God can take a small screw out of the machinery that makes a difficult challenge much easier. We've got to keep in mind that God opens the doors for this vagabond puppet. We should liken him to a motor cyclist covered in snake-skin tattoos, making noise with an ever-growing pack of thieves and killers following behind in the wake of his smoke.
Then, in the midst of his boasting, he receives the Revelation-13 crown to rule 42 months. It's not certain in my mind whether this crown is earthly, literal, or merely symbolic of God's permission to succeed until God's wrath is ended upon secular, stiff-necked Israel i.e. not a blessed people let alone "holy."
It even begs the question as to whether the wrath of God in the 21 Revelation plagues are only local to the Israeli theater, and, if so, into which sea does the 2nd-Trumpet asteroid land? The Mediterranean? The Red sea?
Currently, Russia holds a military agreement with the New Syria, making it difficult for Russia to support an Iranian-backed invasion into Carchemish, but the free radical might be able to get the job done without Russia's help. Besides, Russia's support of Iran is currently only indirect / non-active, as a military supplier. Then again, while I think that Isaiah 10 is an end-time prophecy, I can't treat it as such with certainty, which is why I can't keep the invasion of Carchemish as a certain sign in the first half of the final seven years.
Isaiah 14 calls this ruthless one an "Assyrian" and "king of Babylon." One of his sins is to destroy his own country and kill his own people. It's not a wonder that Daniel 11:21 says he's despised / rejected by the people of the kingdom that he will invade, suggesting Iraq (location of Babylon and Assyria). Verse 8 of chapter 14 implies he attacks even Lebanon, to some degree, while drunk with wide conquest. In verse 25:
That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.That one-verse prophecy has never been yet fulfilled. It mirrors the destruction of Gog in Ezekiel 38 and 39, suggesting that both Gog and the anti-Christ invade Israel TOGETHER, and both become destroyed TOGETHER.

When, in and after verse 29, it rebukes the Philistines, the Palestinians of Gaza must be to topic:

(KJV).Candace Owens might not approve of God's wrath upon Philistia. It's very odd that the entity said to inflict the Philistines is the anti-Christ, though one would think he'll come to Egypt on behalf of Gazans. I see the broken "rod" as he, and followed by the "kings of the east" of Revelation as the forthcoming "fiery flying serpent" (likewise unleashed upon Philistia). It seems certain that the kings of the east in the 6th Trumpet and 6th Bowl, and likely in Isaiah 13 too, are the very ones who break the anti-Christ. He doesn't see it coming until it's too late, says the end of Daniel 11. And then, in 12:1, Daniel writes on the rapture as the resurrection of the Old Testament saints, a verse positioned at the end of the anti-Christ's rule.
It makes me wonder whether Trump will send the anti-Christ to Gaza and Egypt, in which case we don't imagine the latter's alliance with Iran. I have multiple theories on the anti-Christ's possible associations because I can't rule any out, and because prophecies abound with various details that can confuse. What group possibly would/could Trump appoint for such a task?
As we stand today, Trump's Gaza-rebuild is as good as dead unless Hamas is forcefully removed. He had floated the idea of Julani going into Lebanon to handle Hezbollah because Israel is making him look bad in the harsh, wash-out way it's been handling Lebanese homeowners at its border. I don't know of any group which would want to clear Hamas away for Trump. Julani would look very odd to undertake such a task with American weaponry, and he would infuriate his Hamas-supporting enemies.
Therefore, at the brink of my expecting the anti-Christ to invade Egypt, I see nothing that could develop toward it unless Trump himself is somehow the anti-Christ who goes into Gaza with boots on the ground only to find that the Egyptian troops there start shooting at his soldiers. The trouble is, Trump has been an Israeli ally, and so in order for him to become a supporter of the anti-Christ, he would need to betray an Israeli government to a degree, not necessarily Netanyahu's if Netanyahu is booted out of office in the next elections just seven weeks from now.
The pro-Israel Kurds of Iraq have pro-American fighters, and live in what was once Assyria. The anti-Christ is an Assyrian, says Isaiah 14:25. I suppose Trump has the motive to purchase some Kurdish mercenaries to do his dirty work in Gaza. In that picture, if Trump allies with a Kurdish anti-Christ, he looks like the False Prophet who does everything on the anti-Christ's behalf with military fire from the sky. While nobody expects a Kurdish military leader to vehemently oppose Israel, there ought to be a few black-sheep Kurds who despise Israel.
Now that there are space lasers, it's a better bet than before that the False Prophet's fire from the sky identifies him as an American entity.
It's hard to find a scenario that can work logically. Perhaps Turkey (enemy of both Kurds and Israel) will furnish a Sunni Arab from the Assyrian theater. Mosul was once the Assyrian capital. Daniel 11 says that the anti-Christ respects no god, and so he's going to be an atheist / secularist whether or not he's an Arab. It's hard to see how he can get the support of Jihadist groups when he himself doesn't honor Allah, but his anti-Israeli stance can make up for it, I suppose.
I think it's very important that the Isaiah 13-14 prophecy has both the 6th Seal and the anti-Christ's animosity toward Philistia at that time. I haven't made this a central part of my thinking, shame on me, for I've known about it in the past, and even written on it. An anti-Christ in opposition to Gazans strongly suggests that he will not be sympathetic to Gaza. It tends to rule out common Turks and Arabs.
AI: "Aside from Arabs and Kurds, the largest distinct ethnic and ethno-religious minorities historically and currently residing in and around Mosul include the Assyrians, Iraqi Turkmen, and Shabaks." And, as follow up: "Yes, Assyrians in the area near Mosul have local, dedicated military forces. Rather than a standalone, sovereign state military, they operate through several government-sanctioned paramilitary groups and local militias primarily based in the Nineveh Plains — the historic Assyrian heartland just outside Mosul."
Okay, so how does a rogue Assyrian fighter and/or his Assyrian army get to the Egypt front if not supported by Trump? On the other hand, who in their right minds would calculate a Trump war against Hamas using the Assyrians? There is logic here for fulfilling prophecy, but not probability.
Next theory: As Trump turns up the heat on Hamas, Turkey decides to go to Gaza via a rogue Assyrian who despises both the God of Israel and the Israelis. In this picture, although the anti-Christ is anti-Israeli, Hamas may not like him, for example because he wants what he wants, not what Hamas wants. Unexpected conflict can thus ensue, especially if the anti-Christ's military launches into Egypt from Gaza. This could be likened to a war over supremacy between dirt-in-teeth biker gangs.
But when the anti-Christ defeats Egypt, he might leave Hamas in some strong standing to assist him in his invasion of Jerusalem. Your guess is as good as mine.
To Western Glory
There can be no doubt about it, the anti-Christ in chapter 13 is portrayed directly related to the dragon of Rome in chapter 12. Somehow, the Middle-Eastern dirtbag gets elevated to some official or unofficial office / role in which he revives the first-century Roman empire. If you think it's difficult to predict his rise as a dirtbag in the Euphrates theater, try to guess how he fulfills the Roman or Rome-related king of Daniel 7. I've be thinking about these things for years with priority, and am more confused now than ever. It's my job to figure this out, but I suspect that God made it difficult deliberately in order that the devil incarnate not be revealed before the time that God has chosen for it.
Revelation 13 informs us that he has a Greek trait, and so I assume this is his Roman role as opposed to when he's given a lion and bear symbol that depict Iraq and Iran. The Greek leopard, the Iraqi lion, and the Iranian bear are all in Daniel 7 along with the fourth, Roman beast. Thus, Revelation 13 is supposedly to explain Daniel 7 a little better, and the war we see against the saints in Daniel 8 is likewise in Revelation 13. He's a neo-Seleucid king in Daniel 8, where we find exactly zero Roman colors. One thing we can bank on is that some Western power elevates him to his Roman throne. It seems that he's so vastly important in his Middle-Eastern programs that he must be made the symbol of the Western future too. It's simply crazy. It is not standard fare. There will be an attempt to rule the world bouncing off of his Middle-Eastern successes. I suspect an American president, or one of his partners, to be the second beast of Revelation 13. What could be the glue that bonds them in this sort of partnership? Imagine, a Washington-satan partnership in the quest to rule the world. What a diabolical, shameful end to the "American experiment."
It could be wrong, but I decided long ago to view the lamb symbol of the second beast as his Christian stripes. This beast is the "false prophet" later in Revelation, suggesting a false Christian. God knew that by using a lamb symbol, we could come to a false-Christian interpretation. If the Democrats continue to flounder, JD Vance, a Christian, could be the next American president in January of 2029, or earlier if Trump passes away by then.
Vance was elevated to the vice-presidency by Peter Thiel, another Christian yet embroiled in the tech-futurist movement. Thiel discusses the anti-Christ as someone to avoid. The dragon of Revelation 12 is the "prince" of Daniel 9:26. That prince is satan, destroyer of Jerusalem in 70 AD, and the one who was in power then, who will then not be in power for an undisclosed gap, and yet will come again into power as the neo-Roman dragon of Revelation 13.
As Vance is pro-Israel, a much better False-Prophet candidate than he is a Democrat president as of 2029. In this picture, the United States will be in the hands of the anti-Christ party for the final act in this current history. In this picture, we won't know who he is until election season in mid-2028, but we could guess-timate that Obama (personally anti-Israel) would like to be involved with his administration, if only invisibly. Assuming that the 42 months begin at Passover of 2028, the next American president will take office after the anti-Christ has already mushroomed to star status in the Middle-East.
If it seems certain to the Democrat party, by early 2028, that it will take the White House later in that year, it's possible that the Obama factor could launch the anti-Christ toward Egypt, because Obama wants to restore the Muslim Brotherhood to the Egyptian throne. In other words, I can envision some Democrat group under Obama convincing the anti-Christ to invade Egypt with the promise of solid support from the forthcoming American president.
Obama might have friends in ISIS because it was under his presidency that ISIS arose suddenly to take Mosul, in 2014, as well as a large swath of territory on both sides of the Syria-Iraq border. He gets along very well with Gavin Newsom. The latter is a practicing catholic with Jesuit history, the sort of hypocrite that one could expect in a Christian False Prophet. Since the days of president Bill Clinton, true Christians would not support the Democrat party, but vaticanites have been part of its backbone. Obama, according to his words and claim to church attendance in Chicago, is an apostate on top of being a sodomite.

We could say that the Restraining power has been Turkey's alliance with the West. Russia and the U.S. both cater to Turkey, and so if Turkey wants to send a war against Egypt, it'll either need to do so with a proxy, or Israel will need to do some terrible or encroaching thing that justifies Turkey's open warfare against "the holy covenant."
Once Turkey gives a green light to it, we might expect assistance from al-Julani. Or, once the anti-Christ is successful in Egypt, we could expect al-Julani to contribute to the invasion of Israel by at least allowing forces through Syria. Jesus said that Jerusalem will be surrounded, suggesting that the anti-Christ has weaponry in Gaza.

Here is a post-trib speaker who, a little nervously but heroically, is telling a pre-trib church that it's wrong. When I got to the video, the first ten comments were all post-trib, suggesting that pre-tribbers generally did not click to it i.e. pre-tribbers are decided in remaining prophecy dopes:

I don't know where in Scripture he finds such a thing. If by "revival" he means like when the 10 virgins finally hear the midnight call such that they become excited, I agree, but if by the revival he means an escalation in new converts, I'm reading "apostasy" from Paul and a low faith from Jesus.
The pre-wrath-rapture position is trash because it's based on shortening the 42 months to some unknown period such that it becomes a three-quarters-into-it pre-trib version. But, at least the pre-wrath position would have you prepare to endure the anti-Christ's assaults. Yet it's heretical because nobody -- NOBODY -- has the right to reduce the 42 months to any other time span. Are we crazy? Do they so uninhibitedly change the words of the Bible?
Paul did not even mean that we are delivered from God's plagues during the 42 months. Revelation wasn't yet written when he wrote his letters. Those who promote the -pre-wrath view are obligated to preface their talks / writings with: "WARNING, Paul did not necessarily speak to the Revelation plagues when he said that the Church is not appointed to wrath." That's not going to happen, because the entire basis of the pre-wrath position is exactly that Paul spoke to the Revelation plagues by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
Anyone who realizes that Paul could have been speaking to judgment in Hell does not become a pre-wrath teacher. It's as simple as that, and EVERYBODY knows that Hell could have been Paul's subject. Therefore, only a person willing to snub the face-value meaning of Paul's words becomes a pre-wrath teacher. He simultaneously lends credence to the pre-trib theory because it uses the same foundation.
You might be able to glean that pre-tribbers are the same ones who teach a faith-only "salvation," as if anyone stressing works is somehow slapping God's grace in the face. Some pre-tribbers have gone so far as to say that God loves us too much to send us through the tribulation period. Therefore, the video below, filled with works meat, stresses the sufferings of the activists / evangelists that God raised up historically, Chosen to face even death for their own benefits. In the comments section, I found a pre-tribber saying: "The pretrib rapture is a biblical truth not a deception. I have listened to one of your sermons, you are obviously following a works based salvation theology so it’s not surprising you are trying to dismiss the rapture." See that?
I'd like to add that the speaker below has no basis to teach that the anti-Christ will proclaim himself the "messiah" when he sets up the abomination of desolation. There's no place in the Bible teaching such a thing. The idea is from those who choose to interpret "anti-Christ" as "like-Chirst" instead of "against-Christ." I would NEVER teach that the anti-Christ will be like Jesus.
Then, in the 51st minute, the speaker ridicules those who prepare foods "in a bunker" in order to survive the 42-month 666 system. This is the macho error infecting many post-tribbers. The very reason that Revelation includes the revelation of the 666 system is to alert us to prepare some needs prior to the arrival of the anti-Christ. Jesus warned people to flee, not to remain in the city to evangelize, yet this speaker says that, rather than bunkering down, we should get ourselves into the thick of the dangers, in the cities, to evangelize.
Apparently, this speaker thinks it cowardly and ineffective to simply store foods and wait the time out, yet even God says to end-timers to go into their rooms, to close the door, and wait out the fury He unleashes upon Israel's enemies. Revelation 12 shows the Church in a wilderness "bunker" escaping the anti-Christ, not confronting him. It is wrong to teach that, if we shrink back from murder, we are being cowardly and unfaithful. God fully understands and sympathizes; He does not wish for all of us to face murder, though He does choose or allow a few to do so with special power.
I think it is wrong to teach that we should be macho yahoos for God, jumping onto the tracks in front of the train in order to get a better resurrection. That's stupid. God warned Paul not to do it, but he didn't listen and got himself killed. In evangelism, be crafty, stay away from danger. Even Jesus hid himself from the priesthood until the time came for him to lie himself down on the tracks.
Besides, if 95-percent of city dwellers have taken the 666, there are far fewer evangelists needed in the cities. Besides, if you have no food or home prepared to endure without buying and selling, you won't be able to evangelize anywhere because you will be sick or dead of starvation. What doesn't the speaker below understand about that?

It is best to stay non-dogmatic on grey matters, and Revelation is filled with such uncertainties. To portray oneself as having the best handle on the mysteries of Revelation is a "game" many prophecy scholars play.Below is a post-trib sermon in a pre-trib church, I assume, by a young whippersnapper (dainty he ain't), and he sure does snap a lot, good for him. But his nerves get a little better when someone in the seats is good and happy enough to say, "amen," to uphold his claim on Matthew 24:29.
